This first-in-class diagnostic approach is based on the analysis of the so far less explored blood circulating rare cell (CRC) population aiming to elevate biomarker prediction to evidencing health status. Blood circulating very rare cells account for our health status and thus, hold a wealth of pathological information for in particular systemic diseases such as spreading cancers, diabetes or vascular diseases.
