Job description

We are seeking a Software Sales Executive to join our team. We are a software development company. Our team specializes in digital transformation, transitioning from legacy or manual work processes to complex digital workflows and electronic web forms. Our clients include government agencies, state enterprises, and medium to large enterprises.

Our product offerings include paperless solutions, document management software, and healthcare solutions that provide reliable data security and support on a large scale.

We have a dedicated project development team to design and develop customized software solutions that meet the unique requirements of our customers, adhering to software standards, and providing comprehensive after-sales support for our clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively showcasing the benefits of the products.
  • Act as a software consultant to analyze customer needs and to create solutions that will help customers meet their business objectives.
  • Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, TOR, and other sale documents.
  • Deliver impactful product and software solution presentations to prospects, determine their needs, and apply product knowledge to offer specific solutions and close the deal.
  • Follow up with the existing clients before and after selling the solution.
  • Collaborate with the support team to address client issues when they occur.
  • Lead software sales projects individually or as part of a team.
  • Qualification

  • Age between 25-35 years.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English.
  • 3-5 years of experience in software or IT solution sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Information technology and software trend.
  • Experience in working with garment e-bidding processes is advantageous.
  • Passionate about building and nurturing relationships with new clients.
