We have a dedicated project development team to design and develop customized software solutions that meet the unique requirements of our customers, adhering to software standards, and providing comprehensive after-sales support for our clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop
customized product and software solutions that align with their specific needs. This
involves conducting in-depth analyses of customer workflows, data management
practices, and business processes to identify opportunities for product or software
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and
benefits of our software solutions.
Effectively communicate the value proposition, features, and functionalities of the
product or software solution to prospective clients, addressing their questions and
Facilitate discovery sessions with potential clients to gather and document their
requirements. Analyze and translate these requirements into a comprehensive solution
proposal or TOR that aligns with the client’s business goals.
Collaborate with the sales product owner and marketing teams to develop compelling
product proposals and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Create detailed
solution architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and cost estimates to
demonstrate the value and feasibility of our product or software solutions.
Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their business
challenges, providing consultative guidance, and offering effective digital solutions.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to address customer objections and develop
strategies to secure new projects.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and
development, to ensure a seamless handover of client requirements and ensure
successful implementation of software projects. Provide feedback and insights from the
market to help shape product roadmap and enhancements.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant pre-sales experience in SaaS-based platforms or
customized software development.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in software pre-sales, and software sales engineering roles.
Strong understanding of software concepts, strategies, and technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex
concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze customer requirements and propose
tailored software solutions.
Solid understanding of business processes and workflows across various industries.
Familiarity with SCRUM implementation methodologies and best practices.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple
