Business Analyst (BA)

Job description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating functional specifications, and designing solutions that are suitable for our customers and meet our business strategy.
The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that solutions are designed and implemented in a way that meets their needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from our key user or business owner and assist in business conceptualization, integration and summarization of requirements.
  • Create functional specifications, design documents, business workflows, business logic, screens, reports, and data files, among other things.
  • Participate in software product definition, including analyzing, prioritizing, and confirming end-to-end processes with the software scrum team.
  • Perform impact analysis, consolidate implementation or enhancement efforts, and develop an implementation plan with input from various parties such as the SA & Dev team, and QA team, including briefing related teams on the project’s scope of work.
  • Control requirements, review technical requirements, and prepare training materials.
  • Prepare/execute the UAT Phase with Key Users, conduct user acceptance testing, and ensure the successful deployment of solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and training plans to users of our software solution
  • Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Computer, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 2 to 5+ years of professional experience as a Mid-level or Senior Business Analyst or a proven track record in roles involving requirement elicitation, process analysis and design, solution design, management of solution implementation, or other related fields.
  • Strong understanding of the business processes of the organization.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, being adaptive and proficient in problem-solving.
  • Ability to work with clients in leading organizations to design digital software solutions and manage the implementation, integration, and data migration.
