On January 20, the Medical Council together with the 8th Good Governance for Medical Executives Certificate Course (PTP) students organised a ‘Charity Golf, PTP 8th’ at the Legacy Golf Club, Bangkok.
Certificate Course in Good Governance for Medical Executives was inspired by the royal speech of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great (Rama 9) that gave to the medical community “Be humble, everyone has their good, do not insult anyone”. From the royal speech has become a way to solve the problems of the Thai public health system by relying on principles of understanding, accessing, developing, and sacrificing.
This time, students under the 8th Good Governance for Medical Executives Certificate Course organised a charity golf tournament. All income after deducting expenses will be used for the Medical Volunteer unit in Ang Thong and Sukhothai province. Thanitra Karuhawanit, Winserve Corporation Executive Vice President, one of the students under the program, sponsoring and participating in this charity golf event. With the awareness of the social benefits, consistent with the organisation mission that wants to return to society and the nation by being ready to support activities that are beneficial to the society.
